Women’s Retreat
Rage and Regenerate
March 2026
Snohomish, WA
A Divine Feminine focused retreat
Your rage
Your anger
Are sacred sources for liberation
Many of us received messages that rage and anger were not safe to feel, and not ok to express. We were left alone in the darkness without the teachings of how to ascend back to the light. And yet we live in a world where descent into darkness happens over and over, requiring us to revisit those emotions we were shamed or dismissed for having.
This retreat is for those of us that are ready to embrace the darkness as friend. To re-learn that in the darkness is where our roots grow strong. To allow our hearts to break, so our spirit doesn’t (a nod to Andrea Gibson for these words). To be witnessed in an initiation that whispers “It’s ok, release, re-member yourself”. To re-create, re-generate from the shattered parts.
This is a 3-day, daytime retreat full of story, somatic movement, music, art practices, and processing time. We will provide 2 dinners and 2 lunches.
Day one will include an embodied rage session where we will have an individual amount of time to break items while being empathetically witnessed by the group. Safety gear and items to break will be provided. We invite you to bring any of your items to break as well.
Day two is all about re-membering the broken pieces into something new, something beautiful, something whole, and wholly yours.
The final day will be for finishing touches on our re-generated pieces and processing our time together.
If this speaks to your bones please join us for this deep re-generative connective time. This will be an intimate group of a max of 8 participants and 2 hosts.

Darla Grieco, LMHC: My professional and personal interest into depth and archetypal psychology has been expanding the past 3 years. This retreat has been gestating for about the last year along this particular journey and finally began to take form in the past 6 months. I recognized how conditioned I was to be detached from rage after I felt its call at a retreat I attended in October of 2025. Read more about Darla here.
The realization that followed was that there is a lot to feel rageful about right now, and I wanted to create a communal space where it feels safe leaning into that rage and then releasing it so we can get to work spreading light. Learn more about me.
