Plant Walks

Learn about PNW native, edible, medicinal plants and trees, their physical, emotional and spiritual healing properties, ethical and spiritual foraging practices, wildcrafting techniques, witchy tips for spiritual practice, and how to cultivate a reciprocal relationship with nature and decolonize self and land to heal self and land. Led by Ecotherapist and Nature Guide, Kaela Koepke, this class blends earth-based wisdom, nature therapy, herbalism and botany to deepen your relationship with nature.

Cost:

  • $40pp

  • $30pp for members of a BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ community

What to bring: A notebook and clothes and shoes you can get wet, dirty and muddy.

Youth ages 10 and up are welcome with their own ticket.

No dogs please.

Mobility limitations: Classes include moderately uneven terrain, a sometimes narrow trail, mud, and some hills. If you have mobility limitations, please contact me about a private walk to ensure an accessible location.

Refund policy: No refunds. Ticket transfers to another Plant Walk within the same calendar year are allowed if the desired walk is not full.

Private classes: Outdoor, indoor and virtual classes available. Cost is $40pp with a four person minimum. Email or call for more info.

About your teacher

Kaela Koepke is a Nature Guide specializing in PNW plants and mushrooms. She has been studying PNW native, edible, medicinal plants and mushrooms for 10 years. She is also a Nature Therapist and Mental Health Therapist and is passionate about helping people hear nature with their heart and spirit. Come geek out in the forest and discover the magic of nature, there is so much to see!
